Workforce Development - Construction On-the-Job Training / Apprenticeship

We help people achieve self-sufficiency through on-the-job training and apprenticeship in the construction industry.

What We Do

Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri helps individuals develop the foundational soft and marketable skills, and stable work history, needed in today's competitive labor force through on-the-job training in the construction industry. We have partnered with educational institutions, employers and funders, to provide training in a skilled trade at a living wage and assistance with job placement. Training consists of six weeks of soft skills and classroom work; and four weeks in the trades.
